Jared Lim aka Shutterbug. My love of photography has taken me to a level I believe I will never be able to achieve, but that is not to say I don’t enjoy taking that journey! It’s a hobby and passion you can never believe how fulfilling and gratifying till you have experienced it yourself. I know I have.
My knowledge of photography is somewhat limited where technicalities are concerned, but whatever knowledge of the technicalities I lack, I make up for it through the passion that I have. On this blog, I wish to share ideas that I might have through my experiences in photography, my opinions and whatever epiphany that might arise from it. For those with the same disease I suffer from – the dreaded Photographyitis – I hope it will continue to spread and may only our time on earth ends that this disease be completely wiped out.
From such greats as Ansel Adams to Dith Pran, none I would raise my hat higher than to Johann Zahn who invented a device that would change and freeze time for all eternity, and to George Eastman who made it possible for putting it in our hands.
My head is raised to our Lord Jesus Christ for giving me the love of this gift, and for His great creation of man and beast, subjects of which He has surrounded us with to capture in all its glory.
